1⃣ Handstand into wheel pose b/c I’m still to afraid to try and land in it.
2⃣ When I push my self forward with my legs, I’m stretching and working my back for backbends.
3⃣ The push-up motion is good for lots and lots of things.
➡️Push-ups exercise the chest, abdominals and lower back while building strength in the quadriceps and glutes.
